So, this was not the best of mornings. I woke up, ate breakfast, and forgot I weigh myself every Monday. So after eating breakfast, I weigh 127.8. I am now going uphill instead of downhill. This past week has been incredibly difficult to find any motivation. Today was the first day I've been in the gym in a couple of weeks. I can't seem to find any motivation; when I do find even the slightest hint of motivation, I just talk myself out of it.
My husband, Alex, is doing his best to motivate me. It's just a challenge trying to push for something I've never been incredibly passionate about. I guess it's time to start pushing myself, if only for my health.
