Tomorrow is the beginning of 2013. So many people will begin their new year's resolutions. And that means getting in shape. Which means that the gyms will be incredibly packed with new "members" trying to get in shape. I completely respect that. I began my gym membership in January 2012. I was one of those. Luckily, I stayed at the gym. Unfortunately, I did not stay as active in the gym as I wanted.
So now I am in the same predicament as every other "new year's resolution" member. I have been in the gym for a year now, but I need to learn how to motivate myself to stay active. With the holiday season, I have definitely not lost any weight. I am now at 129.4. Ouch! So if anyone has some motivational tips, please let me know!
